Definitions

Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below. Understanding these definitions will help you make sense of the obligations and rights that apply when you use 345wn.

• "Platform" means the 345wn website accessible at 345wn.app and all services, games, and tools available through it.
• "We / Us / 345wn" refers to the operator of the 345wn platform and all associated services.
• "You / Player" refers to any individual who registers for, or uses, an account on the 345wn platform.
• "Account" means the personal player account you create after completing registration on 345wn.
• "Balance" means the PKR funds held in your 345wn account at any given time, including real-money funds and bonus funds where applicable.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet value, cashback, or loyalty reward credited to your account that is subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be bet before it converts to withdrawable real-money balance.
• "Game" means any betting market, casino game, crash game, live dealer table, virtual sport, or Ludo variant available on the 345wn platform.

Eligibility

Access to 345wn is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following criteria. If you do not meet these requirements, you must not register or use the platform.

• You are at least 18 years of age. We do not permit minors to register or play under any circumstances. Age verification may be requested at any time.
• You are accessing 345wn on your own behalf and for personal entertainment purposes only — not on behalf of another person or as an agent.
• You are not subject to a self-exclusion arrangement with 345wn or under a court or regulatory order that restricts your access to gambling services.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or close family member of a 345wn employee in a role that could create a conflict of interest.
• The funds you deposit and use to bet on 345wn are legitimately yours and are not derived from criminal activity of any kind.

Your Account

Your 345wn account is personal to you. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that takes place through your account, whether or not you authorised it.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one account on 345wn at any given time. If we detect that you have registered multiple accounts — whether under different names, mobile numbers, or payment methods — all associated accounts will be suspended and any outstanding balances may be forfeited pending investigation.

• Do not share your password with anyone. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact 345wn support immediately.
• You must provide accurate personal information when registering. False or incomplete registration information is grounds for account closure.
• You must update your account details promptly if any of your personal information changes, particularly your mobile number or payment method details.
• 345wn will communicate with you primarily through in-account messages and the contact details you provided at registration. Keep these details current.

Deposits

All deposits on 345wn are made in Pakistani Rupees. We accept deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT (inter-bank fund transfer), and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards issued by Pakistani banks.

Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your real-money balance at any time from within your 345wn account. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever possible, to comply with anti-money laundering obligations.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: Rs 500.
• Standard withdrawal requests are processed within the same business day. VIP Gold tier and above members benefit from priority same-day processing.
• 345wn does not charge withdrawal fees. Any charges applied by your bank or mobile wallet provider are outside our control.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met. Attempting to withdraw before the requirement is met will result in the bonus being removed from your balance.
• 345wn reserves the right to request identity documentation before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds as part of our standard KYC process.

Betting Rules

All bets placed on 345wn are subject to the specific rules of the game or market in which they are made. General rules applying across all games are as follows.

• A bet is confirmed once you receive a confirmation within the 345wn interface. Unconfirmed bets are not valid.
• If a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or significantly altered before completion, 345wn will follow standard industry settlement rules for affected markets. Void bets are settled at odds of 1.00 (stake returned).
• Minimum bet across all markets: Rs 100. Maximum bet limits vary by game, market, and account tier. VIP members have elevated limits.
• 345wn reserves the right to limit stake sizes for individual players or markets where there is evidence of abuse, arbitrage, or exploitation of pricing errors.
• Obvious pricing errors — where odds are clearly incorrect due to a technical or human error — will be voided and stakes returned. 345wn is not obligated to honour bets placed on manifestly incorrect odds.
• In-play betting markets are subject to delay and suspension without notice to manage risk and ensure pricing integrity. Any bets placed during a market suspension will be voided.

Bonuses and Promotions

345wn offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, VIP Club cashback, and seasonal promotions. Each bonus is subject to specific terms that will be clearly stated when the offer is made. The following general bonus rules apply to all promotions.

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. The eligibility criteria for each offer are stated in the promotion's individual terms.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new 345wn accounts only. One welcome bonus per player, per household, and per payment method.
• All bonuses at 345wn carry a wagering requirement unless explicitly stated otherwise. The wagering requirement and eligible games will be specified for each offer.
• Bonus funds are used after real-money funds are depleted. You cannot withdraw bonus funds until the wagering requirement is fully satisfied.
• 345wn reserves the right to withdraw any bonus that it reasonably believes was claimed dishonestly or in violation of these terms, including through the use of multiple accounts.
• VIP Club cashback is calculated on net losses over the relevant period and is credited automatically at the rate corresponding to your tier. Cashback is not subject to wagering requirements.

Fair Gaming and Game Integrity

345wn is committed to providing a fair and transparent gaming environment. All casino and crash game outcomes are generated by certified random number generation systems that produce statistically fair results independent of any external influence, including by 345wn itself.

Crash games such as Aviator use a provably fair algorithm. The crash point for each round is determined by a cryptographic seed before the round begins. Players can verify the fairness of any past round using the round's hash values, which are displayed in the game history. This verification process is entirely independent of 345wn.

Responsible Gaming

345wn takes its responsibility to promote safe gambling seriously. Gaming should be a form of entertainment, not a source of financial stress. We provide a range of tools designed to help you stay in control of your gambling activity.

• Deposit Limits: Set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit on your 345wn account. Once active, a limit cannot be increased for 48 hours.
• Session Time Controls: Set a maximum session duration. When your session exceeds the limit you have set, 345wn will prompt you to stop.
• Reality Checks: Request periodic in-session reminders showing how long you have been playing and your net position for the session.
• Self-Exclusion: Close your account for a period of your choosing — a minimum of six months. During exclusion, 345wn will not contact you with marketing material and you will not be able to log in.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a short break from 345wn — from 24 hours to 30 days — without closing your account permanently.

Prohibited Activity

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 345wn. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to relevant authorities.

• Creating or using more than one 345wn account, whether under your own name or another person's identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete personal information during registration or at any subsequent point when requested.
• Using software, bots, algorithms, or automated tools to place bets, access games, or otherwise interact with the 345wn platform in a way that simulates or replaces human play.
• Exploiting technical errors, software vulnerabilities, or pricing mistakes to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Attempting to launder money or use 345wn as a vehicle for any financial transaction that is not genuinely related to betting activity.
• Colluding with other players in casino or live dealer games to gain an advantage over the house or other participants.
• Allowing a person under 18 years of age to access or use your 345wn account.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing or any other form of sporting fraud in connection with betting markets on 345wn.

Account Suspension and Termination

345wn reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of these Terms and Conditions or any specific game rules.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, including multi-accounting, payment fraud, or bonus abuse.
• Failure to complete identity verification when requested within a reasonable timeframe.
• At your own request — you may close your 345wn account at any time by contacting support.

Upon closure of an account for legitimate reasons (i.e., at your request or for routine inactivity), any real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method after any applicable processing checks. If closure follows a confirmed breach of terms, 345wn reserves the right to withhold balances pending investigation.

Limitation of Liability

345wn provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure continuous, uninterrupted service, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be free of technical errors, downtime, or data loss at all times.

• 345wn is not liable for any loss arising from a player's failure to review these terms before using the platform.
• We are not responsible for losses that arise from network connectivity issues on your side, device failures, or third-party payment provider delays.
• In the event of a technical error that results in a game outcome being incorrectly displayed or credited, 345wn reserves the right to correct the error and reverse incorrect credits.
• Our maximum liability to any single player in respect of any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the total amount deposited by that player in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Changes to These Terms

345wn reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via an in-account message and update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the 345wn platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with a change, you are entitled to close your account and withdraw any real-money balance before the change takes effect.
